Site Administration Clerk Intern | IBA Proton Therapy

The Tone:
This is an internship at IBA Proton Therapy, located at an IBA site location. This role supports the critical administrative and financial operations at an IBA site, directly contributing to the smooth functioning of facilities dedicated to advancing cancer care. Your work will help ensure the efficient management of resources necessary for a company dedicated to protecting, enhancing, and saving lives.

• Mission: Supports site operations through administrative, financial, and inventory management tasks essential for proton therapy centers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Recordkeeping: Participate in account recordkeeping and electronic filing for the site.
• Reporting: Maintain special reports for monthly expenses.
• Procurement: Generate purchase requisitions (PR) for necessary items.
• Inventory Management: Conduct inventory of repair parts and site property, both electronically and in hard copy.
• Financial Support: Assist with budget consolidation reforecast activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student with a minimum of 1-2 years of college education focusing on Accounting or Business.
• Experience: Must have experience using the Internet and Microsoft Office, along with a proven ability to work independently in an organized, time-efficient, results-oriented manner.
• Skills: Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel is critical, combined with excellent interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Knowledge of SharePoint is desirable, and the ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information is required.
