Job Description:
This internship focuses on program development and implementation. As an intern, you will assist in various aspects of the process, including needs assessments, materials preparation, and capturing media such as photos and videos. You will also gain valuable insights into best practices in training and learning methodologies. Note that this position requires you to be on-site, as it is not a remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Development: Assist in creating training materials, including presentations, guides, and other resources.
• Materials Preparation: Prepare training materials, organize documents, and support the logistical aspects of training events.
• Learning Management System (LMS): Help maintain the LMS by uploading materials and tracking participant progress.
• Feedback and Evaluation: Assist in collecting feedback on training programs and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Reporting and Documentation: Assist in preparing reports on training activities and documenting program implementation.
