The TL;DR

• Location: Remote/hybrid status subject to change
• Pay: $23–$38 hourly
• Mission: Apply basic knowledge to support routine technical tasks, data management, and machine learning initiatives for assigned projects.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), data analysis tools, technical software systems

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support technical tasks related to machinery silencing systems.
• Assist: Assist with data tracking and reporting, including capturing meeting notes and developing materials using Microsoft Office tools.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with team members on machine learning and data analysis initiatives.
• Participate: Participate in meetings and contribute to data management for assigned projects.
• Complete: Complete assigned tasks and projects within established deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s level degree program in a STEM-related field. Junior or Senior academic standing is preferred, with a minimum GPA of 3.3. US Citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain a secret clearance.
• Experience: Past exposure to machine learning and/or machinery silencing systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, alongside exposure to data analysis tools.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical software systems.
• Bonus: Leadership experience through campus organizations or previous work is desired. Candidates who can handle high-volume tasks while providing accurate information, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate reliability, adaptability to changing environments, and an excellent collaborative mindset are preferred.
