What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Take part in meaningful, hands-on projects that drive Reworld’s business of transforming waste into value, directly impacting sustainability initiatives.
• Team Collaboration: Support our team of experts and collaborate with cross-functional teams, learning from experienced professionals who prioritize safety, integrity, and customer focus.
• Industry Learning: Gain comprehensive industry knowledge by exploring Reworld’s service lines and observing how innovative ideas are turned into real environmental impact.
• Operational Engagement: Assist with the responsibilities of day-to-day plant operations, ensuring efficient and safe processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related discipline.
• Experience: Motivated self-starter who is passionate about sustainability and interested in learning more about innovative waste solutions.
• Skills: Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, safety-oriented environment.
