Purpose of the Role

To gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments. Work is performed under direct supervision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists with various projects in support of the department.
• Gathers and organizes data to provide information for departmental special projects or reports.
• Participates in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements

To perform this job successfully, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Preferred class level of Junior or Senior, though other class levels will be considered.

Required Competencies & Skills

• Strong oral, written, and general communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Comfortable talking with and interacting with others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
