This is an Intern position.

Job Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum second-year student working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Working proficiency with SolidWorks.
• Ability to read prints and schematic drawings.
• Soft Skills:
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to interact closely with maintenance technicians, production crew, and vendors.
• Strong cross-functional team skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills.
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Work Arrangement: The position offers flexibility to work around academic breaks and weekly school schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Intern will be tasked with various short and long-term projects aimed at improving maintenance reliability programs. Through these projects, the Intern will gain valuable experience in:

• Equipment design.
• Root cause analysis.
• Trend analysis.
• Process improvement activities within an industrial setting.
