Job Description: Intern
VaynerSports is seeking organized, self-motivated, and analytical individuals to join their team as Interns. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic and fast-paced world of sports, media, and athlete representation. The internship is available for Fall, Spring, or Summer terms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day operational support to an assigned department, which may include areas like Football, Baseball, Marketing, NIL, Creative, or Operations.
• Assist with research, content creation, and strategic support for both internal projects and those directly involving clients.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of departmental projects and initiatives, reporting directly to departmental leadership or coordinators.
• Engage in collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners, vendors, and talent.
• Receive valuable mentorship, training, and exposure to real-world agency operations from experienced personnel.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at the time the internship commences.
• Possess a strong passion for sports, athlete empowerment, marketing, or digital media.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exhibit the ability to thrive in fast-moving, team-oriented environments.
• Be proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic creative tools.
Conditions of Employment:
• Candidates must be eligible to receive college credit upon completion of the internship.
• Applicants are required to present official transcripts before a formal offer can be extended.
• This is a fixed-term position with specific term durations:
• Fall: January – May
• Spring: May – August
• Summer: August – December
