Eligibility:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university with an expected graduation date after July 31, 2025.
• Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
• Currently enrolled at a Historically Black College and University (HBCU).

Preferred Currently pursuings:

• Passion for the aerospace industry and a strong interest in a career at Boeing.
• Academic excellence (GPA of 3.0 or higher).
• Previous business or related internships or work experience.
• Involvement with student or civic organizations.
• Majoring in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Project Management, Finance, Information Systems, International Business, International Relations, Global Studies, Finance, Political Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• MBA Candidates or Masters in related disciplines are preferred for strategy roles.

Important Considerations:

• Some positions may require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
• Some positions require meeting Export Control compliance requirements, which may necessitate being a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15.
• Employer is not willing to sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
• Some positions may be hybrid, virtual, or 100% onsite.
• Some positions are safety sensitive and may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
• Some positions require the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.
• Relocation may be offered for some positions, based on eligibility.

Stipend:

Summary pay range: Min: $37,000 – Max: $80,000. Salaries are based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
