Job Description:
This is an exciting internship opportunity within Royal Caribbean Group’s Revenue Team, specifically focusing on Interior Design. The program is a 10-week internship designed to cultivate future leaders by providing meaningful work experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
• Graduation Dates: December 2026 & May 2027 grads.
• Location: South Florida Offices, including Port of Miami, Downtown Tech Hub, Miramar Tech Hub, and Entertainment Studios.
• Format: with in-person work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
• Dates: June 1st to August 2nd, 2026.
• Work Authorization: Permanent US Work Authorization is required.
About The Program:
• The Royal Caribbean Group 10-week internship program aims to provide interns with meaningful work experiences within various departments.
• Interns will work alongside industry professionals to develop skills and understanding of the cruise and travel industry.

About The Function (Interior Design):
• The Interior Design Function at Royal Caribbean oversees the conceptualization and execution of innovative ship interiors.
• The goal is to ensure a luxurious and cohesive onboard experience that aligns with the company’s brand vision.
• Interns will work within either Newbuild Design or Global Marine Operations.
• Newbuild Design involves developing cutting-edge interior concepts for upcoming vessels.
• Global Marine Operations focuses on maintaining design standards across the existing fleet.
• The work involves sourcing high-quality materials, coordinating with contractors and vendors worldwide, and balancing creative vision with budget constraints.
• An internship in this function offers hands-on experience in high-level interior design, project management, and international collaboration within the dynamic cruise industry, which is known for its complex logistics, innovative design challenges, and commitment to extraordinary guest experiences at sea.

• Newbuild Design
Qualifications:
• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field of study.
• Expected graduation date must be December 2026 or May 2027.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis.
• A minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in related areas is required.
