Integrated Media Associate | Blue Chip

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Blue Chip, located in the Greater Chicago Area, IL, with a hybrid work environment. Blue Chip is an agency contributing across existing accounts and the overall operations of the Integrated Media department. This role is an integral member of the Integrated Media team, providing essential support to planners, buyers, and analysts, ensuring smooth campaign execution and departmental efficiency.

• Mission: Assists in the coordination, execution, and reconciliation of media plans.
• Tech Stack: Self-serve media platforms, Demand-side platforms (DSPs)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support integrated media planners and buyers on the set up of campaigns within media software and tools.
• Reconcile: Work with integrated media planners, buyers, and the finance team to receive, approve, actualize, and reconcile media invoices.
• Quality Control: Participate in the quality control process for all biddable media campaigns, confirming setup details for accuracy.
• Traffic & Manage: Traffic online and offline media assets for campaigns and manage digital media ad operations, including ad tagging.
• Optimize: Set up, manage, analyze, and optimize programmatic media campaigns across display, Connected TV, audio, and digital out-of-home tactics.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred; a business, advertising, or communications degree is a plus.
• Experience: Entry-level up to 2 years of professional experience or relevant internship experience.
• Skills: Strong organization skills, exceptional attention to detail, excellent relationship-building skills.
• Bonus: General knowledge of, and interest in, marketing and media.
