This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who want structured training, professional mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within a high-performance team environment.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide state licensing support and hands-on training to help you build the skills needed to succeed.

Compensation

  • Average first year income ranges from $75,000 to $120,000+, depending on performance.
  • Compensation is performance based with uncapped earning potential.
  • Top performers often exceed this range as they build their client base and experience.
  • Additional earning opportunities may be available during the training period through supported activities such as appointment setting.

What You Will Do

  • Meet with individuals and families to review health insurance options
  • Conduct one-on-one client consultations
  • Educate clients on plan coverage, pricing, and eligibility
  • Follow a structured sales and client service process
  • Maintain organized documentation and follow up with clients
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Stay informed on industry updates and plan changes

This role provides hands-on experience in consultative sales, client advising, and relationship management.
