2027 Early Talent – Insurance DRIVE General Talent Development Program | Ally

The Tone:
This is a two-year hybrid early talent rotational program, located in Detroit, MI. Ally Financial is a customer-centric, leading digital financial services company, primarily focused on automotive financing and insurance products. This program is designed to develop highly motivated college graduates into future leaders, enabling them to contribute to the strategic progress of an industry-leading provider. What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Operations: Manage pricing for F&I underwriting, provide strategic support to sales staff, and coordinate action plans to mitigate loss trends for existing and new business.
• Product Development: Develop and manage Ally Insurance’s F&I products by evaluating market needs, identifying new opportunities, and creating distribution strategies.
• Account Management: Serve as a relationship manager for Auto Dealer customers, assisting with account servicing, policy endorsements, risk analysis, and new business acquisition quotes.
• System Alignment: Understand business needs, translate them into system requirements, prioritize changes based on business benefit, and implement solutions leveraging Agile methodologies.
• Professional Growth: Gain a variety of business experiences through three 8-month rotations, receiving mentoring, career development support, and an opportunity to transition into a full-time position.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Talent with a Bachelor’s degree in various disciplines, graduating between July 2026 and June 2027.
• Experience: 0+ years of experience.
• Skills: Understanding and translating business needs, prioritization based on business benefit, Agile methodology knowledge, professional acumen.
• Bonus: Previous internship experience, proven success in a leadership role (class, campus, community).
