What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Outreach: Initiate contact with individuals and families who have recently submitted requests for information regarding life insurance products.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct empathetic and needs-based conversations over the phone or via Zoom to thoroughly understand each client’s specific situation and requirements.
• Solution Presentation: Compare various life insurance options and present them clearly to families, assisting them in selecting the coverage that best aligns with their needs.
• Professional Development: Continuously learn and grow by actively participating in regular team calls and specialized product training sessions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professionals who are legally authorized to work in the U.S. While a state insurance license is required for this work, the company will provide assistance to help successful candidates obtain it.
• Experience: No prior experience in client support or the insurance industry is needed to start this role, as comprehensive training is provided.
