Information Technology Internship at GenPark AI

This internship opportunity at GenPark AI, based in the San Francisco Bay Area (with remote work flexibility), provides hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative tech environment.

Responsibilities:

Network Administration: Manage and maintain the GenPark AI network infrastructure.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve network issues, both hardware and software.
Network Security: Contribute to maintaining the security of the GenPark AI network.
Customer Service Support: Provide technical assistance to users.

Qualifications:

Network Administration and Troubleshooting Skills: Strong understanding of network administration principles and proven ability to troubleshoot network issues.
Information Technology & Network Security Knowledge: Familiarity with information technology concepts and network security best practices.
Customer Service Experience: Ability to communicate effectively with users and provide excellent customer support.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaboration and Independence: Proven ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with colleagues.
Software & Hardware Troubleshooting: Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
Pursuing a Degree: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
