Influencer Marketing Intern | Yara Group

This is an internship at Yara Group, located in Los Angeles, US. Yara Group operates as a talent agency, representing leading digital creators and partnering with brands to execute influencer marketing campaigns. We focus on building long-term businesses for creators and meaningful relationships with brands. This role is crucial for supporting the efficient execution of brand partnership campaigns, directly contributing to successful outcomes for creators and brands alike.

What You’ll Actually Do
Manage: Oversee the full lifecycle of influencer marketing campaigns, from initial contract to final completion.
Coordinate: Facilitate campaign setup, manage timelines, track deliverables, and support overall project management.
Communicate: Act as a central point of contact, coordinating communication among creators, managers, brands, and internal teams.
Monitor: Track all campaign deliverables, ensure timely completion, and review creator content for adherence to campaign specifications.
Report: Assist in compiling post-campaign performance data and preparing comprehensive client recap reports and summaries.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ year of experience (internship, freelance, campus organization, or professional) in influencer marketing, social media marketing, talent management, brand partnerships, public relations, or digital marketing preferred.
• Skills: Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the creator economy; exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Monday.com.
• Bonus: Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
