Industrial Marketing Intern | Fabri
The Tone:
This is a six-month, on-site internship at Fabri, located in Boston Metrowest. Fabri is an early-stage aerospace and defense startup building a fully integrated digital foundry to produce precision metal parts. This role is crucial for developing the company’s marketing function from the ground up, providing direct exposure to core business operations and investor relations. You will gain unusual access to an early-stage startup, working directly with the CEO to build out the marketing function.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Production: Capture and edit photo and video content from the foundry for use across social media, web, press, and investor updates.
• Visual Design: Design slide decks, infographics, and graphics that effectively communicate complex aerospace and defense concepts.
• Digital Publishing: Write and publish content on LinkedIn, X, and other channels frequented by the aerospace and defense community.
• Workflow Integration: Integrate AI tools into research, writing, design, and production workflows to enhance output volume and quality.
• Strategic Support: Support the CEO in preparing for venture capital pitches and customer meetings, including deck development and narrative refinement.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A student or individual with a body of work demonstrating initiative and ability through prior internships, freelance projects, or independent work, with a strong interest in aerospace and defense.
• Experience: Daily working familiarity with AI tools for accelerating output, coupled with proficiency in photo and video production software (e.g., Premiere, Final Cut) and visual design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
• Skills: Excellent written communication to explain complex ideas clearly, a strong visual design sensibility, and a proactive habit of self-teaching to move work forward.
• Bonus: Direct experience with Claude Code and Cowork; awareness of the major companies, programs, and publications shaping the aerospace and defense industry.
