You will play a crucial role in evaluating project status, proactively identifying potential impacts to project goals, and ensuring smooth operations.

This is a traveling, project-based position, providing you with the chance to experience diverse project sites in various states throughout the U.S. While on assignment, interns receive a generous weekly subsistence to assist with living expenses, in addition to an excellent base hourly salary. You will interface with all project stakeholders, including clients, distributors, and vendors, maintaining strategic communication with project management to ensure project success.

  • Provide critical support for Field Change Order and Request for Information (RFI) processes, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Assist in the development and preparation of comprehensive Schedule of Values and Invoices.
  • Collaborate with Field Engineers and Site Managers to ensure all engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation are accurately received, dated, filed, and distributed to the appropriate Craft Superintendents.
  • Record and transcribe meeting minutes, act as a liaison with client project staff, generate correspondence, and provide other essential administrative support.
  • Offer necessary administrative and technical support to Pre-construction Services, Estimating, and Procurement Departments for reporting, updates, and analysis.
