Human Resources Intern | HR-1

What You’ll Actually Do
• Candidate Sourcing: Actively assist with sourcing and attracting a diverse pool of candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, specialized job boards, internal referrals, and targeted outreach initiatives.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Contribute to the strategic development and ongoing maintenance of talent pipelines, ensuring a robust pool of qualified candidates for both immediate and future hiring requirements.
• Candidate Engagement & Screening: Support initial candidate engagement through resume screening and preliminary assessments, contributing to a streamlined and effective selection process.
• Interview Logistics & Communication: Coordinate all aspects of interview scheduling and manage consistent communication with candidates, striving to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience.
• Data & Partnership Support: Partner with internal recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and business needs, while also maintaining accurate candidate and recruiting activity records within the applicant tracking system.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Experience: This is an entry-level internship with no prior professional experience specifically required. However, a demonstrated interest in corporate recruiting or a broader career within Human Resources is essential.
• Skills:
– Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction.
– Exceptional organizational skills with a keen focus on time-management and attention to detail.
– Comfort and capability in interacting professionally with candidates and professionals across all organizational levels.
