What You’ll Actually Do
• Explore diverse HR functions: Rotate through key areas such as HR business partnership, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development, and total rewards to build a well-rounded HR foundation.
• Develop strategic HR skills: Strengthen capabilities in leadership, data-driven decision-making, change management, and employee engagement through real-world challenges.
• Drive meaningful change: Contribute to initiatives that shape the company’s culture, support its people, and align with the business strategy.
• Partner with leaders: Collaborate with leaders across the organization to contribute to high-impact initiatives and tackle real-world business challenges.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a major in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience: Must have obtained the required bachelor’s degree no later than June 2027; this program is designed for recent graduates.
• Skills: Leadership, data-driven decision-making, change management, employee engagement, business acumen, strategic mindset.
