About the Origence Internship Program
If you are looking for an internship where you can gain real-life professional skills with a great organization, then Origence is the perfect opportunity for you! Origence is dedicated to bringing new life to the origination experience, building solutions that deliver a better experience for borrowers and greater productivity for lending teams.
Over the course of this internship, you will be presented with insight into your career path with exposure to day-to-day tasks required in your selected department. This is a paid internship, allowing you to earn while you learn!
This position will be onsite only at our Ontario, CA office. You’ll have the chance to make invaluable connections throughout Origence, and this positive impact you make as an intern could help you build a strong professional network and has the potential to transition into a fulfilling career.
Internship Details
- Internship timeframe: Starts end May/Early June – Ends end Aug/Mid Sept
- Pay: $20.00 /hr
- Location: Onsite only at our Ontario, CA office.
- Work Schedule: Must be available to work a consistent schedule of 20 – 29 hours/week during the hours of 8am – 5pm PDT.
HRIS Intern
Innovate HR technology through analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
What You’ll Work On
- Support HRIS operations and reporting.
- Build Power BI dashboards and HR analytics.
- Contribute to AI or automation HR projects like chatbots or lifecycle analytics.
Qualifications
Education
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Science, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Requirements
- Must be available to work a consistent schedule of 20 – 29 hours/week during the hours of 8am – 5pm PDT.
- Must be able to come onsite to Ontario, CA.
The Ideal Intern
- A current student.
- Excellent written & communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and savviness to learn new processes quickly.
