HR Summer Internship 2025

This paid internship offers the opportunity to:

Own a strategic business impact project: Analyze data, identify root causes, and recommend solutions for HR-related business issues.
Gain hands-on HR generalist experience: Work with multiple HRIS and reporting systems, providing customer service to employees, and escalating issues when needed.
Engage with teams and share best practices: Network across various departments like Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I, and Sales.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a 4-year college/university pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between December 2025 – July 2026.
• Able to start working full-time in September 2026 upon graduation.
• Legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship.
• Willing to relocate to any USA-based office with internship opportunities (Northern New Jersey or New York City) and be flexible to travel between locations.

Stand Out Qualifications:
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Available for the entire 11-week internship program in 2024.
• Prior professional experience (part-time work, internships, volunteering, etc.).
• Demonstrated leadership and interest in HR.
• Self-awareness regarding culture, identity, biases, power, and privilege.
• Strong interest in an HR career path.

Salary Range:

$24.00 – $28.50/hr
