HR Recruiter MAIO (Intern) | PROJXON

The Tone:
This is an internship at PROJXON, located remotely. PROJXON is a Business Optimization Consulting Company that focuses on empowering High-Impact organizations in the Tech, E-Commerce, Health + Wellness, and nonprofit industries. This role is crucial for supporting the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring the HR team can effectively identify, engage, and onboard top talent to drive client growth and productivity.

• Tech Stack: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar), LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

What You’ll Actually Do
Recruitment Cycle Management: Support the full recruitment lifecycle, assisting with job posting creation, distribution, and coordinating interview logistics.
Talent Sourcing: Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and other job boards, actively building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume reviews and phone/video screens, documenting key notes for the hiring team.
Process Optimization: Support recruiting workflow improvements by assisting with templates, scorecards, tracker updates, and process documentation.
HR Project Support: Assist with additional HR/People Ops initiatives as needed, including tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, and culture.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field (or currently pursuing). Entry-Level.
• Experience: Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines; comfortable in a remote environment with cross-functional teams and varying time zones; OPT/CPT eligible.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and professional writing skills; highly organized with attention to detail; professional discretion and ability to handle sensitive candidate information confidentially.
• Bonus: Familiarity with recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or HR operations concepts; experience using Google Workspace and/or applicant tracking systems (ATS); interest in consulting, people operations, talent development, or organizational effectiveness.
