What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Develop and manage candidate pipelines for a range of hiring needs, with a particular focus on energy, infrastructure, engineering, and field leadership roles.
• Source: Identify and approach prospective candidates through direct outreach, networking, and recruiter tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Evaluate: Conduct initial candidate evaluations to assess experience, interest, and alignment with hiring requirements before passing talent to the broader team.
• Maintain: Support high-volume recruiting activity by maintaining consistent outreach, timely follow-up, and organized candidate tracking.
• Strategize: Partner with recruiting leaders and hiring teams to understand role priorities and adjust sourcing strategies based on market conditions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: At least 2-3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience gained in a corporate, agency, or search-based environment.
• Experience: Demonstrated success in direct sourcing, headhunting, or sales-driven recruiting work, including preliminary candidate screening, interview coordination, and overall talent pipeline management.
• Skills: Ability to manage a high volume of open positions and candidate activity independently, strong communication skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms like Oracle-based systems.
• Bonus: Experience recruiting for construction, engineering, infrastructure, or closely related industries is strongly preferred.
