What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Support: Support comprehensive HR operations including timekeeping, payroll processes, leave management, employment compliance, and employee helpdesk functions.
• Process Improvement: Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, then proactively propose and implement improvements for enhanced operations.
• Automation & AI Initiatives: Drive and support initiatives for process optimization, workflow redesign, exploration of AI tools, and contribution to internal AI pilots.
• Data Analysis: Analyze operational data, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making within HR.
• Documentation & Standardization: Build and maintain clear documentation to enable standardization and scalability across HR operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Operations, Data, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience is required beyond current academic pursuit.
• Skills: Analytical and structured problem-solving, data analysis and insight generation, foundational HR operations understanding, process optimization and workflow redesign, and application of automation and AI concepts.
