This is a hybrid internship at ONE Gas, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. ONE Gas operates as a premier natural gas distribution company, serving approximately 2.3 million customers across Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. This internship program is specifically designed to provide students with meaningful, hands-on experience, offering a blend of in-office and remote work, crucial for their professional growth and development within a corporate environment. As an Intern, Human Resources, you will play an active role in projects that contribute directly to human resources business functions, enhance employee engagement, and support the overall organizational success of the company.

What You’ll Actually Do

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or another business-related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated prior experience through internships, part-time jobs, or volunteer work.
• Skills: Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.9 or higher; active involvement in extracurricular activities, community service, or leadership roles; strong interest in learning about general business functions, human resources, and corporate business operations.
• Bonus: Candidates preferably graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
