What You’ll Actually Do
• HR Administration: Manage essential day-to-day administrative tasks, which include precise data entry into HR systems and the systematic physical and digital filing of all HR-related documents and information. This ensures the integrity and accessibility of critical organizational data.
• Recruitment Support: Provide comprehensive assistance throughout the entire recruitment and hiring process. This involves crafting and disseminating engaging job postings across various platforms and meticulously reviewing incoming applications to identify suitable candidates for various roles within the museum.
• Onboarding Logistics: Coordinate and facilitate the logistical aspects of integrating new employees into the museum’s team. This includes preparing necessary documentation, organizing orientation schedules, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient start for all new hires.
• Employee Engagement: Actively contribute to the planning, development, and execution of various initiatives designed to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and overall engagement within the organization. This helps foster a positive and supportive work environment.
• Records and Systems Management: Undertake a primary project focused on establishing and maintaining meticulous HR records. This involves organizing both physical and digital files to ensure easy retrieval, and developing robust inventory systems for all HR-related supplies and documentation to improve departmental efficiency and compliance.

The ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information is paramount.
