Internship Employee Feedback & Performance Management | Lufthansa

This role is crucial for strengthening the ongoing communication between managers and employees by developing foundational concepts for feedback, performance processes, and HR IT tools within the area of personnel development.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Employee Surveys: Support the preparation, coordination, and execution of employee surveys, including related communication.
• Performance Management: Contribute to the further development of group-wide performance management processes in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Feedback Tool: Administer and conceptually enhance the 360° feedback tool to improve employee development initiatives.
• Team Operations: Participate in day-to-day team operations, including the creation of presentations and the organization of workshops and events.
• Training Development: Support the development of target-group-specific training materials, guidelines, and videos for employees and managers.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level, requiring enrollment in at least the third semester of a Bachelor’s degree program, or undertaking a Gap Year between Bachelor’s and Master’s studies.
• Experience: No specific years required.
• Skills: Very good MS Office proficiency; very good written and spoken English and German communication skills; structured work approach with quick comprehension.
• Bonus: Practical experience in the field of human resources is preferred.
