Job Description: HR Intern (Unpaid, Remote)

SAMA International USA LLC is seeking an HR Intern to support their human resources department. This is a remote, unpaid internship ideal for individuals wanting to learn about HR in a fast-paced environment. The internship provides hands-on experience assisting in various HR functions.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews).
• Supporting new employee onboarding for a smooth transition.
• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Organizing employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
• Preparing reports on HR metrics and employee satisfaction.
• Participating in HR strategy sessions and offering suggestions for process improvement.
