What You’ll Actually Do
• Compensation & Benefits: Assist with compensation and benefits projects, including conducting market research and benchmarking activities.
• Talent Acquisition: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support full-cycle hiring activities.
• HR Operations: Assist with day-to-day HR tasks such as employee file maintenance, process documentation, and policy updates.
• Business Understanding: Participate in cross-functional initiatives to gain a broad understanding of how HR strategically supports the business.
• Professional Development: Engage in weekly check-ins with your dedicated manager, attend workshops, and deliver a final presentation on key learnings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar field, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Skills: Possess a curious, proactive, and eager-to-learn mindset, strong attention to detail, initiative, and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
