What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Manage the HR inbox by directly answering standard questions.
• Triage: Gather necessary information and triage requests to the appropriate team member or department.
• Respond: Respond to inquiries related to L&I (Workers Comp), employment verifications, FMLA requests, general payroll questions, transfers, benefits, and grievances.
• Communicate: Conduct necessary phone correspondence for various HR matters.
• Administer: Perform miscellaneous HR data entry tasks.
