HR AI & Data Analytics Intern | Granite Partners

The Tone:
This is a post-graduate yearlong internship opportunity at Granite Partners, located in Minnesota, with a hybrid work model involving regular on-site time in St. Louis Park and/or St. Cloud. What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive HR and wellbeing strategy by applying AI and Domo across the talent lifecycle.
• Solve HR business problems by structuring issues, researching data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop compelling data-driven presentations and communicate recommendations effectively to HR leaders and stakeholders.
• Design and deliver structured learning programs for HR teams to build capability in AI tools, prompt design, and Domo.
• Map current HR workflows, identify high-value opportunities, and propose roadmaps for AI and Domo automation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in business intelligence platforms such as Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Skills: Strong analytical orientation, solid Microsoft Excel proficiency, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
