What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain: Perform day-to-day housekeeping and facility maintenance tasks in accordance with all federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Clean: Follow a daily and weekly cleaning schedule to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Comply: Support Life Safety initiatives and ensure the facility is maintained in accordance with Life Safety Code requirements (NFPA).
• Respond: Address emergency maintenance or cleaning needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate: Work cooperatively with nursing and administrative staff to meet environmental and safety goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Director-level professional with core domain knowledge in facility housekeeping, maintenance, and Life Safety within a healthcare context.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or maintenance within a healthcare, commercial, or hospitality setting.
• Skills: Working knowledge of Life Safety Code requirements (NFPA), ability to perform basic repairs, safety inspections, and facility upkeep, strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Bonus: A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
