• Team: Part of the Housekeeping & Laundry department, reporting to supervisors.
• Mission: Ensure the pristine condition of guest rooms and public areas, delivering an exceptional guest experience aligned with The Ritz-Carlton’s Gold Standards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms, including making beds to company standards, organizing furnishings, dusting, polishing, and performing floor care duties.
• Supply Management: Prepare and transport housekeeping carts filled with necessary supplies, replenishing guest amenities and replacing dirty linens and terry with clean items.
• Room Readiness & Inspection: Verify the presence and working order of all in-room appliances, and remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items from rooms.
• Service Delivery & Support: Respond promptly and courteously to requests from guests and other departments, adhering to established room access procedures and providing assistance to individuals with disabilities.
• Safety & Standards Adherence: Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhere to all company safety and security policies, report hazards, and safeguard proprietary information.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is a non-management position where no high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Experience: No prior related work or supervisory experience is required for this role.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, commitment to high standards and guest satisfaction, clear and professional communication, and the ability to adhere to safety and security policies.
