What You’ll Actually Do
• Clean and maintain guest units and common areas, ensuring compliance with company cleanliness and safety standards.
• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, making beds, and changing linens.
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces, thoroughly clean kitchens and bathrooms, and replenish supplies as needed.
• Remove trash, report maintenance issues, and follow detailed cleaning checklists to meet daily assignment goals efficiently.
• Collaborate with supervisors and fellow Associates to support a positive guest experience and uphold MasterCorp’s quality and safety expectations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Relevant experience in cleaning and housekeeping principles; ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Experience: Experience with room turnovers, surface sanitization, and using cleaning equipment and supplies. Prior experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or janitorial roles is beneficial.
• Skills: Cleaning and housekeeping skills; attention to detail and quality; time management and organizational skills; customer service and communication skills; physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry supplies for extended periods.
• Bonus: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior resort or hotel experience is a plus.
