The TL;DR

• Mission: To create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, ensuring they feel special from the moment they arrive and receive unparalleled service.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Welcome: Greet all arriving guests with a warm and friendly smile, establishing a welcoming atmosphere upon their arrival.
• Seating Management: Efficiently escort guests to their assigned tables, overseeing and organizing seating arrangements.
• Service Coordination: Actively coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure the timely and smooth delivery of service to guests.
• Guest Assistance: Provide menus, accurately answer guest questions, offer informed recommendations, and adeptly handle any inquiries or complaints.
• Operational Support: Manage reservation bookings, assist with waiting list organization, and maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is required, with a preference for restaurant or hospitality environments.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong organizational and time management skills, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
• Bonus: Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
