The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Leadership: Direct and oversee comprehensive hotel, lodging, and food & beverage operations across various properties, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Performance Management: Drive excellence by ensuring hospitality operations are efficient, profitable, and consistently align with established brand standards.
• Guest Experience Enhancement: Elevate service delivery and foster positive guest experiences for Sailors, their families, and all patrons worldwide.
• Strategic Support: Contribute to corporate and field support initiatives, including hospitality program management, policy development, and operational analytics.
• Quality and Training: Implement and maintain training programs, quality assurance measures, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures for continuous improvement.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Professional experience in hospitality operations or a degree in hospitality for those pursuing leadership paths.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience spanning from entry-level service roles to management and executive leadership positions within the hospitality sector.
• Skills: Proven capabilities in operational efficiency, profitability management, brand standard adherence, service delivery enhancement, and guest satisfaction.
• Bonus: Enrollment or completion of a degree in hospitality for individuals aspiring to leadership roles through the Manager in Training program.
