This role supports the Healthcare Reimbursement Practice by providing tailored solutions in areas such as Medicare and Medicaid Disproportionate Share and uncompensated care, contributing to an unmatched client experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Support: Support clients on various healthcare reimbursement consulting projects, including Medicare, Medicaid, bad debt, and uncompensated care reporting.
• Data Analysis: Compile and assess large data sets, identifying potential data concerns and issues through strong analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge Development: Learn and develop new technical knowledge specific to the consulting practice and the clients served.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare practitioners in other service lines within the firm.
• Client Experience: Deliver an unmatched client experience through timely and responsive communication with internal and external clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, analytics, or healthcare administration, maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills.
• Skills: Analytical capabilities, problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, strong technical competencies, effective time management.
• Bonus: Ability to intern from January 2027 through August 2027.
