The Healthcare Explorer position at Essentia Health offers a unique opportunity for students and individuals considering a career change to gain valuable exposure to various healthcare occupations.

Core Purpose of the Role:
To provide an immersive experience where individuals can support, observe, and assist healthcare teams in active, real-world clinical environments. This role is designed as an exploratory journey, allowing candidates to discover different careers, departments, and functions within the Essentia Health organization.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Under direct supervision, Healthcare Explorers will be responsible for:
• Performing basic duties in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
• Observing various healthcare professionals and processes.
• Assisting healthcare teams as directed.
• Actively exploring different career paths and departmental operations within the facility.

Education Qualifications (Desired Skills and Attributes):
