The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Wipro, through its Servaada brand, located in Telford, United Kingdom. Servaada is establishing a Central Change Office to provide essential oversight across a significant portfolio of business change initiatives. This Head of Portfolio Management position is critical for ensuring that all change programmes are meticulously governed, efficiently managed, and consistently deliver tangible value to both the business and its clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Drive the Central Change Office and PMO Centre of Excellence.
• Report: Provide a single, comprehensive view of portfolio performance across all change programmes.
• Oversee: Manage governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, operational controls, and executive dashboards.
• Manage: Handle cross-portfolio risks, interdependencies, resource allocation, and strategic priorities.
• Develop: Own and drive the successful adoption of the Portfolio and Programme Management (PPM) tool, and lead a high-performing team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Significant experience leading Portfolio Management, Enterprise PMO, or Change functions, with a strong background in Financial Services.
• Experience: Proven ability to manage complex change portfolios and governance frameworks, combined with leading teams and improving portfolio processes.
• Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
