The TL;DR
• Role: Associate
• Team: Reports to the Sales and Service Manager
• Mission: To engage customers in Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories) to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Engage with every customer, offering world-class service to build lasting relationships.
• Merchandising: Maintain a premiere stock and visual level for merchandise in Hard Goods areas to drive sales and improve customer experience.
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of golf clubs, explaining features and benefits, and assisting with club fitting techniques.
• Area Maintenance: Ensure Hard Goods areas, including simulators and putting green, along with equipment and supplies, are consistently clean, maintained, and operational.
• Operational Support: Assist with front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift card processing, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, and promotions as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Skills: Strong listening and interpersonal skills; good verbal and written communication abilities; basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines; strong self-accountability and proactive drive for results.
• Bonus: Retail sales, customer service, or similar experience is preferred.
