What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Support: Help guests throughout their entire stay, from arrival to departure, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Reservation Management: Accurately input and retrieve information from our reservation system, assist with new reservations, and provide clear directions and information.
• Information Provision: Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel information, including room types, rates, packages, and local areas of interest to enhance guest stays.
• Guest Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest requests and communication, addressing needs promptly and courteously.
The Must-Haves
• Background: No specific degree or career level is required. Core domain knowledge includes providing high-quality customer service within a hospitality setting.
• Experience: Proficiency in computer usage with an eagerness to learn new systems and software, including reservation platforms.
