Guest Service Associate – Worlds of Fun
Worlds of Fun is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests visiting the amusement park. We are looking for individuals with great communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
Overview of Specific Job Duties:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with disabilities or special needs, ensuring their comfort and accessibility.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and timely information about the park.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive information about park attractions, events, showtimes, and other guest services.
- Ensure guests are aware of and understand park policies and procedures for a safe and enjoyable visit.
- Assist with lost and found items, helping guests reunite with their belongings.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive interaction and engagement throughout their visit.
- Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and sunshine.
