About the BeOne GTS Systems & Technology Internship

Internship Program Dates: June 8 – August 21, 2026
Education Required: Bachelor of Science Degree In-Progress in a related S.T.E.M. Degree
Pay Rate: $27/hour USD
General Description
This site-based internship at the BeOne Hopewell Manufacturing Site will provide crucial support to the day-to-day operations of the Global Technology Services (GTS) team. The intern will assist with quality computerized systems and technology across the site, as well as provide support on GTS capital projects, ranging from LIMS implementation to the introduction of new systems. Support roles will include, but are not limited to, SOP/WI development, training, and computer system validation assistance.
Upon completion, this individual will have a fundamental understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), the computerized systems utilized at the Hopewell site, and the principles of computer system validation.
Essential Functions Of The Job
- Gain working knowledge of GTS support for Capital Projects.
- Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with GMPs, SOPs, and Health and Safety policies.
- Support qualification activities across the GMP areas.
- Redline procedures and GMP documentation for future revision and process improvement initiatives.
- Support the writing and/or revising of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Undertake any other duties for any department within the business, as requested by Management.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements
- S.T.E.M. degree in progress.
- Working knowledge of cGMPs: 21CFR part 11.
- Preferred: Experience or knowledge of a LIMS system.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.
- Credible and confident communicator (written and verbal).
- Customer-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Hands-on approach, with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Ability to prioritize, demonstrating good time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work proactively using own initiative.
- Committed to learning and development.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Individual Contributor, no direct reports.
Computer Skills
- Strong PC literacy required; MSOffice skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time.
- Some knowledge or understanding of a LIMS system.
- Working knowledge of AI Tools.
Other Qualifications
Must be able to work in the US without corporate sponsorship.

Compensation and Benefits

Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
