GTM Associate, AI Product | Mangomint

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Mangomint, located remotely in the United States. Mangomint is a rapidly expanding SaaS company focused on increasing profitability for salons and spas, aiming to become the top market leader in its industry. This position is the foundational Go-To-Market hire for a new AI product, pivotal in shaping how it reaches the market and ensures customer success.

• Mission: Owns the early customer journey from discovery and positioning through onboarding, activation, adoption, and ongoing learning for a new AI product.

What You’ll Actually Do
• GTM Strategy: Develop and test the initial go-to-market approach, defining early customer segments, use cases, positioning, messaging, and the customer journey.
• Customer Engagement: Work directly with salon and spa owners and operators through discovery, demos, onboarding, and adoption phases.
• Activation & Usage: Drive customer activation and usage by identifying what creates value, where customers encounter difficulties, and how to improve time-to-value and ongoing engagement.
• Process Development: Build repeatable systems and processes for qualification, demos, onboarding, customer education, support, and gathering customer feedback.
• Product Feedback: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate customer conversations and usage patterns into clear product insights and priorities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-career candidates or those with more experience who have developed relevant skills in consulting, banking, product operations, implementation, customer success, growth, a founder’s office, an early-stage startup, or through independent projects.
• Experience: No specific years required; demonstrated ability to operate with real ownership and a record of taking responsibility beyond formal roles.
• Skills: Strong structured problem-solving skills to convert ambiguous problems into practical courses of action, excellent customer presence to build trust and explain complex ideas simply, sound product judgment to identify user engagement and pain points, and comfort using data to make decisions.
• Bonus: Experience launching a new product, business line, or customer motion; a background in customer-facing software, startup, or operationally complex service environments; or deep personal use of AI tools or helping customers adopt new technology.
