The Tone:
This is an internship at Pluvus, located remotely. Pluvus builds an AI-powered creator and affiliate marketing platform designed to help startups and e-commerce brands scale creator-led growth through automation and modern distribution systems. This role is crucial for supporting various areas across growth, go-to-market, operations, partnerships, product, and business development, offering a broad and flexible opportunity for ambitious students or early-career builders interested in startups, AI, marketing, business, product, sales, the creator economy, or technology. Interns will contribute directly to the company’s expansion by working on functions based on their strengths, interests, and current business needs.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy: Support the development and execution of go-to-market and growth strategies.
• Partnerships: Contribute to building and managing creator and affiliate partnerships.
• Research: Conduct product and user research to inform development decisions and enhance user experience.
• Marketing: Assist with marketing and content initiatives to promote Pluvus’s platform.
• Operations: Support startup operations and execution across different business areas.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student or early-career builder interested in startups, AI, tech, creators, internet culture, marketing, business, product, or sales.
• Experience: No prior startup experience required, with emphasis placed on drive, execution ability, and curiosity over specific years of experience.
• Skills: Highly proactive and hardworking, strong communicator, capable of learning quickly in fast-moving environments, organized and execution-oriented, independent and resourceful, and comfortable working remotely.
