The Tone:

The company is building a next-generation AI infrastructure platform that helps developers and companies train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models at scale. This role is crucial for driving user growth and engagement for the AI platform by attracting new users, improving onboarding, and increasing user retention through data-driven experiments and community engagement. The intern will work at the intersection of growth, product, and operations within an AI startup environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and execute user acquisition campaigns to attract new developers and AI teams.
• Assist with user onboarding and activation programs to ensure a smooth initial experience for new users.
• Analyze growth metrics such as acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build simple reports or dashboards to track growth performance and communicate insights to the team.
• Collect direct feedback from developers and identify actionable opportunities to enhance the platform.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Data Science, with a strong interest in AI, startups, or developer platforms.
• Experience: An analytical mindset with a proven ability to work with data to derive insights.
• Skills: Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or basic analytics tools for data manipulation and reporting; strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bonus: Previous internship or project experience in growth, marketing, or community operations; familiarity with AI tools and applications; basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools/languages; interest in AI infrastructure, GPUs, or cloud platforms.
