The Tone:
This is an internship at Promoted, working directly with the founding team. Promoted is a platform dedicated to empowering professionals by teaching them how to leverage AI in their specific job roles. The unique approach delivers fast, practical, job-specific AI training in just 10 minutes a day, ensuring professionals stay relevant and adaptable in a rapidly evolving job market. This role is instrumental in identifying and reaching professionals who urgently need to adapt to AI advancements, building and executing targeted marketing campaigns to help them discover Promoted before their jobs are impacted by automation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Identify: Identify and engage with online communities where workers are feeling pressure from AI advancements, such as Reddit, LinkedIn groups, Discord servers, and X (Twitter).
• Craft: Craft and deploy targeted outreach campaigns tailored to specific job verticals.
• Develop: Develop compelling short-form content that demonstrates to real professionals why Promoted is crucial for their career progression.
• Monitor: Monitor and track the performance of various messaging strategies, providing weekly reports on what resonates with our target audience.
• Contribute: Contribute to the growth and scaling of our social media presence and product adoption.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or any related field).
• Experience: Foundational understanding of social media dynamics, evidenced by having posted content and critically assessed its performance.
• Skills: Strong writing ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and without corporate jargon; Proactive and able to work independently without requiring constant supervision.
• Bonus: Genuine interest in AI, EdTech, or the startup ecosystem.
