Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Marketing Intern to join our founding team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying and reaching professionals who urgently need to adapt to AI advancements. You will work directly with the founders to build and execute targeted marketing campaigns designed to help working professionals across various fields—including marketers, teachers, analysts, and writers—discover and utilize Promoted before their jobs are impacted by automation.

What you’ll actually do:

• Identify and engage with online communities where workers are feeling pressure from AI advancements, such as Reddit, LinkedIn groups, Discord servers, and X (Twitter).
• Craft and deploy targeted outreach campaigns tailored to specific job verticals.
• Develop compelling short-form content that demonstrates to real professionals why Promoted is crucial for their career progression.
• Monitor and track the performance of various messaging strategies, providing weekly reports on what resonates with our target audience.
• Contribute to the growth and scaling of our social media presence and product adoption.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or any related field).
• Possess a foundational understanding of social media dynamics, evidenced by having posted content and critically assessed its performance.
• Strong Writer: Demonstrates the ability to write clearly, concisely, and without corporate jargon.
• Self-starter: Proactive and able to work independently without requiring constant supervision or “hand-holding.”
• Bonus: A genuine interest in AI, EdTech, or the startup ecosystem.
