The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Moloco, with US-based offices in Menlo Park, New York, Seattle, and other locations across the USA. Moloco builds powerful AI advertising solutions, democratizing access to advanced AI historically reserved for tech giants. This role is pivotal in leading the product strategy for Signals and Identity within Moloco Ads, building foundational capabilities that help machine learning systems understand users and deliver more relevant recommendations. Your contributions will directly impact recommendation quality and advertising performance across Moloco’s ecosystem.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the product strategy for Signals and Identity within Moloco Ads.
• Define: Define how to build and scale a durable, privacy-conscious identity graph across users, devices, and environments.
• Evaluate: Evaluate and combine first-party, platform, and contextual signals.
• Translate: Translate identity and behavioral signals into stronger recommendations, targeting, and personalization.
• Measure: Measure the quality and incremental value of signals based on their impact on model performance and advertiser outcomes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Group Product Manager, operating at the intersection of machine learning, identity, large-scale data systems, and performance advertising. A first-principles thinker capable of defining strategy in ambiguous problem spaces and connecting platform investments to business outcomes.
• Experience: 9–12 years of overall experience, with 8+ years in Product Management. Proven track record owning platform, infrastructure, identity, recommendation, or data-driven products end-to-end. Experience defining ambiguous problem spaces and translating them into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
• Skills: Strong understanding of identity resolution, user or device graphs, behavioral signals, or recommendation systems. Ability to work closely with engineering, machine learning, and data science teams on technically complex products. Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating noisy, incomplete, or probabilistic data.
• Bonus: Experience in ad tech, identity, targeting, personalization, recommendations, or machine learning systems is strongly preferred. Track record of building and scaling B2B products, ideally in high-growth environments.
