We are currently seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team at Lake Weston Point, a 276-unit apartment community located in Orlando, FL.

Position Summary

As a Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the pristine condition of the property. You will be responsible for keeping the premises of the office, building, amenity areas, and all grounds in a clean and orderly state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the overall appearance of the office, building, and grounds to high standards.
  • Ensure the entire property is kept in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Assist with cleaning and painting vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents.
  • Perform minor property maintenance tasks, providing essential support to the Maintenance team.
  • Execute light landscaping tasks to enhance the property’s curb appeal.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in grounds keeping is preferred.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation.
  • Basic painting skills.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
