About the Graphic Design Intern Role

The Graphic Design Intern will be an integral part of our brand team, collaborating closely on a variety of content projects intended for publication. A strong passion for writing and publishing engaging communications for employees is paramount for success in this role. Please note: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a mandatory requirement for this internship.

Capstone Project & Executive Presentation

A significant component of the internship is a dedicated Capstone Project. Interns will be assigned a project designed to challenge and engage them, culminating in a formal presentation to Executive Leadership at the program’s conclusion. This project offers a unique opportunity to create innovative solutions, showcasing your perspective and acquired knowledge. There is exciting potential for these projects to be implemented into Kubota’s everyday business practices.

Key Details & Logistics

  • Duration: June 1st – August 7th, 2026 (a total of 10 weeks)
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week)
  • Location: Onsite at our Corporate Office in Grapevine, Texas (Dallas/Ft Worth area)
  • Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited University, working toward a bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management, dealers, and customers.
  • Demonstrated high level of skill in decision making, problem solving, and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Possesses strong personal attributes including integrity, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
